Interfaith Human Services

At Interfaith Human Services, we have been investing in our community for more than 50 years by providing financial education programs to our clients. More than helping them pay bills, we help them work within a budget to achieve financial stability. Our Mission is to serve low-income and financially vulnerable people in Centre County through diverse programs that foster financial stability. Our programs include Representative Payee services for people deemed unable to manage their Social Security benefits due to intellectual or mental health issues, Emergency Vehicle Repair for those needing their vehicle to maintain employment, the Centre County Fuel Bank, and our Free Furniture and Appliance program.
