Donation Data & Tax Receipts

Accessing your donor data

As donations come in during Centre Gives, organizations can download donor data and begin thanking supporters in near real time. Instructions for accessing your data are available within your organization dashboard.

Important note: the “Manage Organization” link is no longer visible once Centre Gives enters donation mode. We recommend bookmarking the organization management page for ongoing access. Donor data is typically available for download through December of the event year.

New in 2026: standardized postal addresses

Donor spreadsheets now include USPS‑standardized address fields in addition to the information entered by donors. These corrected fields appear at the end of the spreadsheet and can help with deduplication and long‑term donor tracking.

IRS tax receipts

Centre Foundation issues IRS tax receipts for all Centre Gives donations. Receipts are emailed directly to donors from centregives@centrefoundation.org.

• Donors should check spam/junk folders if they cannot locate their receipt.
• Donors may also contact Centre Foundation at (814) 237‑6229 for assistance.

Centre Gives Events

While Centre Gives Fest was previously a space for in‑person celebration, the final hours of Centre Gives are also the most critical for fundraising success. By shifting away from an in‑person event during that window, Centre Foundation aims to support organizations in staying focused on donor outreach and campaign momentum.

We remain committed to fostering connection and collaboration and look forward to sharing additional networking and celebration opportunities outside the giving window.
