Penns Valley Conservation Association

Penns Valley Conservation Association (PVCA) is a watershed association that works in Penns and Brush Valleys. PVCA's mission is to serve as a steward for the natural/cultural communities in the Upper Penns Creek watershed, by protecting and conserving its waters, farmlands, forests. This includes stream bank restoration, work with local farmers, cultural engagement, and environmental education in local school districts and communities.
