Pets Come First is a non-euthanasia animal shelter in Centre Hall dedicated to placing homeless animals in forever homes and supporting low cost spay and neuter. PCF relies on donations to operate the shelter, and thanks to supporters, we place 550 to 600 animals into forever homes each year! We offer low cost spay/neuter vouchers for dogs and cats to the public.
