Founded to preserve the historic character and cultural resources of Boalsburg and Harris Township communities; BVC funds and supports awareness and interest in this area's historic past. BVC facilitates self-guided walking tours, preserves the Blacksmith Shop, supports Memorial Day and funds preservation of historic buildings like the Victor Grange Hall.
