The Ethel Beaver Fund Enhances the lives of children under the care of Centre Country Children and Youth Services by providing financial support beyond that which the agency is able to provide. Although the federal, state, and county governments provide funds for food, clothing, shelter, and medical care, these funds are not enough to provide everything that a child needs to nurture their development as a parent normally would do.
