Friends of Holt Memorial Library

The Friends of the Holt Memorial Library (est. 1962) is a 100% volunteer-based organization. Our mission is to enhance services at the Holt Memorial Library (Philipsburg branch of the CCLHM) so that library patrons, of all ages, continue to have the best possible library services and experiences.
