For 238 years, the Pennsylvania Prison Society has led the nation in advocating for humane prisons and a rational approach to criminal justice. The Chapter serves over 2000 inmates and their families in Centre County. Each month, volunteers dedicate 30+ hours to provide one-on-one visits and/or video visits, special programs, support groups, and re-entry services that bring hope to people during their incarceration and support upon release.
