Taproot Kitchen believes "Everybody has a place at the table!" Which is why we operate a community kitchen and garden that engages and employs adults with a spectrum of intellectual disabilities through catering services and value-added food production for farmers markets. We focus on partnering with local farmers to source, glean and harvest local foods, minimizing organic waste headed to landfills and championing sustainability and our local food systems.
