Centre Wildlife Care provides professional, licensed rehabilitation for injured, orphaned & compromised wild animals while also providing educational outreach. Educational outreach is done through social media, TV and live animal programs. Nursing & Veterinary care is provided to 2000 wild animals per year which include mammals, birds and reptiles until they can be released back into the wild. CWC is the only facility of it's kind in the centre region and admits animals for care from over 1/3 of the state. CWC also collaborates with state agencies and researchers to monitor and/or research diseases and the genetics of wildlife. CWC is a volunteer based organization that is funded by donations.
